Updates to Fldigi and Flrig

The Fl* development team has released new versions of both Fldigi and Flrig.

Version 3.23.07 of Fldigi is a maintenance release with several additions and updates including additional data fields available for export via AppleScript, fixes to speed up the application shut down process, improved XML-RPC communication with Flrig, and much more.

The additional data fields available for export via AppleScript were implemented to improve the scripting of data exchanges between Fldigi and OS X logbooks such as RUMlogNG and MacLoggerDX.

The new version of Flrig, v 1.3.24, incorporates support for the FTdx9000 and FT991 as well as fixes to the FT5000, FTdx3000, TS2000, K3 & KX3, FT900, and IC-7100. In addition, some fixes were made to the XML-RPC interface with Fldigi to improve sideband recognition.

As with all of the FL* suite, both Fldigi and Flrig continue to support both PowerPC and Intel (i386) processors; with individual downloads available for each architecture.

Fldigi is currently being hosted solely on SourceForge and is available for download here while Flrig can be downloaded here.
