SkookumLogger v3.2.1 now available

Bill Myers, K1GQ has released version 3.2.1 of the contest logging software SkookumLogger for macOS.

SkookumLogger is a full-featured contest logging program suitable for the most demanding contester. It runs on MacOS, supporting single-mode and and mixed-mode events on 13 bands between 160m and 23cm.  SkookumLogger requires a K1EL WinKeyer or a YCCC SO2R Box to send CW.

Version 3.2.1 IMPORTANT BUG FIX

Changes

  • Added “OV” as an alias for the “OEVSV” IARU society code.
  • Removed the hyphen in the Yaesu FTdx-101MP radio type name.
  • Removed the dysfunctional future events popup menu at the top of the Time Tracker window.
  • Some contests do not have predictable start dates. In those cases, SkookumLogger now sets the start date to the current date when you create the log. As always, use Time Tracker and the WA7BNM contest calendar to confirm that the start date is set correctly.

Bug Fixes

  • Practice mode for Worked All Europe CW Outside Europe was not limiting callers to EU stations. Thanks JH5GHM.
  • The Score window wasn’t being reconfigured when changing logs. Thanks GØDVJ.
  • The Region checksheet had duplicated rows. Thanks NK4O.
  • Changing logs while the Pass Information window was open caused a crash. Thanks GØDVJ.
  • The European HF Championship rule set was not limiting QSOs to EU entrants.
  • The score computation for WAE wasn’t applying the per-band multiplier weight factors. Thanks W6SX.
